Trying a new version of PingPlotter when your maintenance has lapsed

Question

Can I try a newer version of PingPlotter even though my maintenance is expired?

Solution

Yes! You get to try the full version, no feature gating, no blocks. Whatever you'd see if your maintenance were current is what you'll see during the trial.

To get started, simply download the latest version from the website.

Some Details

  • The trial is one-per-license, and only offered for PingPlotter 5.27.5 or higher.
  • After 14 days, the new version goes back to requiring maintenance. This is tracked by our server so reinstalling or going offline doesn't reset the clock. (We mention this not to be strict about it, but so you don't try something that won't work and feel like the software is broken.)
  • You can renew and keep going, or roll back to the latest version your license covers. Rolling back is an uninstall and reinstall. Your trace data carries over, though configuration changes you made during the trial may not.
If 14 days isn't enough for you to make a real decision, write us at support@pingman.com. We're reasonable.
