I've been working on the problems all day and communicating with Embanet. Nothing concrete from them yet.

I performed a simple test to your site.
I started to downloaded a 1GB file and stopped it part way through while tracing to your server.

All in all this is a very good connection and I assessed this correctly I hope right?
