How do I update my Subscription and Billing information?
Solution
If you want to update a Cloud or CloudConnect subscription you'll want to follow these steps. If you want to update a PingPlotter Subscription skip to the next section.
Cloud or CloudConnect subscription
- Log into your Portal page (if you don't know your account credentials or have not yet set up an account you can enter the email address that was used for the account and click the Set up account button)
- Once in your portal page you can click the Manage button on the CloudConnect tile.
- From there you want to click the Manage Payment button.
- From here you'll want to click the Account Details and payment Methods tab. You can also see details about your Orders or Subscriptions.
- Here you can Edit your Profile detail to update your contact and billing address
- You can also Add Payment Method or update an existing one
That's it, you're done!
PingPlotter Subscription
If you want to update a PingPlotter subscription you'll want to follow these steps:
- Log into your account (if you don't know your account credentials or have not yet set up an account you can enter the email address that was used for the account and click the Set up account button)
- Click the + in the upper right hand corner of the product tile
- Select the Manage Subscription button and select Update Payment Method
- On the next page select the Edit Subscription link
- Next select the option you'd like to update Update Payment Method or Update Address
- Make your updates and save your changes
That's it, you're done!
