When I enter a host name does pingplotter have its own dns address to find the destination ip or does it simply use what your network settings are, it has been suggest that a problem we are trying to resolve could be a dns problem from the provider. I would like to know does pingplotter have its own abilty to resolve dns destination ip address to send the packets too

Below image is a test we done fallenearth is a beta game (this is not my image, my connection is fine im just trying to help soemone else), we belive its either firewall or a router issue, firewall issue is a maybe due to being able to connect via a differnt network. do you have any advice how to fix thankyou

This looks like a local firewall / software issue. This doesn't look at all like a DNS problem, based on the screenshot.

PingPlotter uses the OS DNS lookups, not custom lookups.

Thanks for your reply, btw we dont have an issue with ping plotter, we used ping plotter to test a ip address that a gamer is having an issue connectiong with, its just someone said it could be a dns issue so I came here to find out, thanks again
