Long story short I have tried everything. Contacted my ISP, hard reset, different Ethernet cables, switching ports etc
Multiple times each week games are practically unplayable due to lag while my ping, d/l and u/l speeds are fine. Hearthstone wont even launch, yet websites and YouTube videos load fine. In Apex Legends I just lag all over the place freezing and teleporting.
I've asked my ISP if there is an email or support ticket place I can send footage of what is happening + tracert information to help them but they only offer phone support. They've "cleaned the lines" and "checked the connection on their end" multiple times but still this happens frequently and today they offered me a replacement router (they provide my current one).
