Hi all, I would really appreciate some help interpreting my results: https://imgur.com/a/49iTVHW

I've had weird wifi connectivity issues for a while now. For the most part, the 5ghz band on my router works fine with some occasional outages, but the 2.4ghz band very often refuses new connections and has intermittent periods of 100% packet loss. These outages mostly affect wifi, and I rarely if ever lose connection on my desktop computer which is plugged into the router by ethernet. Anecdotally, my family says the issues occur mostly when everyone is all home at once (i.e. many devices are simultaneously connected) but I'm not sure how true this is.

I replaced the router with an identical one which I had lying around the house, thinking it must be failing, but that didn't fix the problem at all. I've also tried factory settings on the router, updating firmware to the latest, changing a million different router settings, and finally I also replaced the modem with a brand new one, but I'm still having issues. The ISP tech also didn't really have any suggestions.

Also attached are two ping plots from the same time of both ethernet and wifi. Hopefully I've provided enough info, but I can provide more on request.

Thanks in advance for the help.
