That being said, I do see in your screenshots quite a lot of packet loss - but I'm not quite seeing that in the .pp2 files you sent over. Let's address the screenshots using the guide above, and the following page that outlines some common network problems:

It does look like you have a lot of packet loss starting at hop 1 and propagating through, so this is really reminiscent of the "Bad Hardware", "Bandwidth Saturation", or "Wireless Interference" cases we've outlined in the latter article.
