From what I can see, it looks like there might be an issue with your router. It's a little tough to see from a screenshot, though. I would highly recommend, to do a complete analysis and find the absolute cause here. You can do so by using Sidekick - it'll automatically analyze this all for you and will help you narrow down if it's your router (or the connection to it), or if it's something else.
