When I run a trace I donīt get any information from the servers the trace passes through. No Err, LP%, IP, DNS name, ect. I only get these informations from the server I ping so I canīt map the packets lost.<br>When I run ping plotter 2.20 it does not look like i does on the overview picture in the help file.<br><br>

It's likely that a firewall or router at your side is discarding timed out ICMP echo request *replys*. There is a known problem with an old bios for the Cisco 675 that does this - and I'm sure there are other routers that exhibit this problem as well.<br><br>If you want to conclusively eliminate Ping Plotter itself as a source of the problem, try using the command line utility "TRACERT" (comes with Windows) to see if it behaves similarly to Ping Plotter.<br><br>
