Pingman Tools Home Forums PingPlotter PingPlotter Support Paketloss from first hop

Hello guys can someone help me pls
I dont know what the problem ist but i have problems if i play csgo my bullets dont hit my targets

Hi Bokabanana,

Thanks for reaching out - I'm sorry you've been having some connectivity issues during your games.

I took a peek at the screenshot and, even though there's a bunch of packet loss, this doesn't show up at the final hop (this connection is pretty healthy overall). Non-continuing packet loss can be attributed to certain devices either blocking or down-prioritizing ICMP echo replies (or where TTL = 0). For more details about this behavior, see these links:

When you're experiencing problems with a particular service, the best option is to troubleshoot the service directly, if possible. To find the server IP of the game you're playing, you can use the link below:

Use PingPlotter to trace directly to your game's server - note when you experience these issues, and compare your notes to the data in PingPlotter.

For more information about troubleshooting your gaming experience, see this article:

I hope that helps - if you have questions or run into any other issues, please feel free to reach out!

All the best,
-Austin
