Hi there,

I am troubleshooting some occaasional internet issues at a customer's site and have this graph:

The connection is like this constantly.
The bottom plot is the firewall, middle is their VPN server and the top is the ISP gateway.

The latency and packet loss spikes seem to be mostly in line with each other. Very regular drops.

The customer only has 2 devices on the network, neither are sending constant data over the internet.

Any suggestions of where to start would be great.

Hi Warchest,

Thanks for reaching out, and providing the information!

The problem you've explained is pretty evident by the latency spikes in all time graphs, and it appears that they're being caused by something "close to home"; router / firewall / etc.

I'd recommend checking out our troubleshooting guide which can help you figure out what to do with the data and what you should do next:

Because you've already collected a sufficient amount of data, you can probably skip straight to this step:

Best of luck!
