It appears that, since PP 2.50 or maybe 2.51 (tried 2.51.1 as well), there's a slider between the bottom graph and graph just above it (if you have more than one graph). It acts like the one at the top of the graphs which allows you to resize the graphs, but it works in a somewhat accellerated manner, quickly increasing the size of the graphs. If you increase the size of the graphs with the slider to the point where it reaches the bottom of the trace table, it cannot be moved down unless you let go of the mouse button and click a slider again and move it down. That slider seems a bit clumsy, all in all.

Also, you used to be able to right-click any part of the graphs to get the context menu to appear. Now, right-clicking the thin section that has the hostname and "Graph time = 12 hours" does not open the context menu.

Those UI changes made their way from MultiPing to PingPlotter in the 2.51 release. The 1.01.2 release of MultiPing addresses both of your concerns, and we'll got those merged in to PingPlotter in the next release.
