Just recently started experiencing lag in games and then found out all users in my home have experienced pauses in streaming shows, online school programs, etc. My pc is ethernet direct to modem/router combo. Everyone else is wifi connected. Speed Test speeds are better than my paid for limit so no complaint and ping is less than 20-30ms. Downloaded PingPlotter and based on the YT vids I've watched it looks like the problem is pre-modem/router. Can someone help me verify this before starting the long, painful process of dealing with my provider?
