Due to the nature of errors, it is difficult to say exactly what may be causing this one without more information. If you could send us an error report from inside PingPlotter using the "Submit Support Ticket" button associated with the error that would be very helpful to us in troubleshooting this issue.

Along with that when did this error first occur? Was it while using PingPlotter, while opening the software, or something else?
