I took a look at the screenshot you attached and the few minutes of data collected did not capture any connection issues. I suggest running PingPlotter for at least 24 hours to gather a larger sample set to help identify the source of the issue you are experiencing.

After you collect at least 24 hours of data, feel free to share it with us by:

- Sending over a SampleSet(pp2) file (File -> Export Sample Set -> All Data)
or,
- Create a Share Page (File -> Share -> Create Share Page) and copy/paste the URL link in your reply.

Along with that, it is important to point out that the most important part of your trace is the final hop (in this case hop#11). If the final hop in the trace looks good then the rest of the hops can be ignored. You can learn more about interpretation in the following articles:
