With Spectrum in NY, having packet loss problem for a few weeks now. A problem that I had months ago but it stopped, I've had pingplotter running at random times since then to monitor but it just had stopped.
so i hadn't been keeping it running but still had it subscribed. so when it started i have had it running and see the packet loss going crazy.
i'm just not sure how to figure out if its on my end or theirs, since they deny any issues. from what I can see, all the hops are changing and i'm not sure how to read it
