Hey Drew,

Thanks for getting in touch! I'm sorry to hear PingPlotter's crashing on Mac for you. We'll get you sorted out - and by the way, thanks for being a long-time patron!

This is the first report that we've had of the new version hard crashing like this, so we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I have some steps that *should* get you back to a functional state, but they do include clearing your PingPlotter data and resetting to a "fresh" instance of PingPlotter.

To clear your PingPlotter data, follow these steps:
-Close PingPlotter application
-Open Finder -> Go to Folder
-Enter "~/Library/Application Support/" AND "/Library/Application Support/"
-Delete the PingPlotter folders, if there are any PingPlotter folders in the locations above. It'll be in one or both of the folders.

Upon your next launch, PingPlotter will create a new folder and your application should resemble a fresh installation.

If you encounter any problems or if you require any additional assistance throughout the process, don't hesitate to reach out. You can also email right in to us at support@pingman.com - we'll get back to you pretty quick!
