It's difficult to speculate on much with the limited information we have available in this screenshot (60 seconds worth of data for hop #3), and no knowledge of the issue you're trying to troubleshoot here. If you'd like - feel free to send over a pp2 file (via the "File" -> "Export Sample Set" option in the program), along with some details of what kind of issues you're trying to get to the bottom of. We'd be more than happy to review this information, and offer any guidance we can!
