I am trying to resolve a persistent lag problem, and the RackSpace tech is asking for a ping with 100 packets in it. It seems PingPlotter is only sending 1 or 2 at a time?

I can't figure out how to tell PingPlotter to send 100 packets at once. Please help.

Also, what does the "ERR" code mean on the graphical display? The RackSpace guy didn't seem to recognize this as an industry standard term.
