The answer to this depends on what version of PingPlotter Pro you had installed. If you were using 3.20p or newer, then everything should have uninstalled by itself without any event / problems.

If you were using a version before 3.20p (like 3.10p), then the service still remains - the easiest way to solve this is just to install the latest (currently 3.20.1p) and then uninstall it again - that should clean up everything.
