for the past year, i've been having this same issue with Streaming on Twitch.tv, and gaming as well. very randomly i get packet loss on every hop. I'm extremely baffled by this, i cant find anything that can help me. anyone?
This effects my streaming on Twitch, cant stream when this happens, and sometimes it happens for hours. It also effects my gaming, (Overwatch, Path of Exile + some others)
