truth626 Registered: 05/21/16 Posts: 1	Please see attached for pingplotter test. From the time I purchased TWC services of 200mbps internet, I regretted it because of the packet loss I have been getting. I have a Asus TM-AC1900 router and a Arris Surfboard SB6183 modem. I am not internet smart but I know the modem and router are good quality and the Ethernet Cables I use are all cat-5E no further then 50 meters connected.
