Hello there, I'm facing a problem with my pingplotter where it shows 100% packet loss from the 1st hop all the way to the 2nd last hop, the last hop works fine and the problem started recently as previously the software was working fine. This happens when I'm connected directly to the Internet and when I'm connected via a VPN , I can trace a server normally. I'm using an Aztech ADSL 605E modem connected to a Aztech wl830rt4 router.

The VPN changing thing is a bit of a clue, but it's hard to say a clue for *what*. Maybe the VPN software itself is causing this (we've seen this).

If you have another computer behind that same router and modem, try that and see if it changes things - as that might help isolate the problem to the hardware or the computer/software itself.
