The *freeware* 1.10 version doesn't have an option to save sample sets, but the trial version (2.30.1) should absolutely be able to save.

Some thoughts on this ("Will not let me save..." doesn't tell me enough detail to do much troubleshooting, so I'm just going to toss out a few thoughts):

* You have to have data in memory to enable the option to save the data. It will be greyed out until you've collected some samples.
* If you're getting an error message, please post the message.
* If the save option is enabled, but when you select it, the save dialog just doesn't appear, this may have to do with the domain name being traced to. Try using www.pingplotter.com as your destination and then see if it can save. If this works, but when you go back to your original destination it *doesn't* work, then let us know the exact domain name you're tracing to (or IP address, if that's the case).
