Hi All,

I've been experiencing issues with packetloss using my 5G router on the vodafone network.

Most days are great, 0% packet loss ect however on some days It's totally unusable. I've wanted to get to the bottom of the issue so I found out about pingPlotter and ran some tests.

From what I understand with the 10 minutes of reading how to use I can see the 2% packet loss starting at 192.168.213.22 which I'm assuming is some sort of routing for vodafone would this be the main issue or if the 10% packet loss on 63.130.172.35 being at 10% would also be a contributing issue to the packet loss aswell? I've linked my share below.

Cheers!

Hi JAKEexe,

I agree with your initial assessment. This looks like an issue with packet loss starting at 192.168.213.22. I would start by contacting vodafone support and sharing this same info with them. Hard to say if that router is their's but they should be able to tell you otherwise.

Here's a good guide you can use to help build your case: https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network/build-a-case/

Good luck!
