Hello, Tell me which side of the problem? The problem is in my ISP or League of Legends servers, I have problems with ping, it is very large

Thanks for reaching out!

I took a look at your PingPlotter data that you attached and from what I can see there isn't necessarily an issue with your connection. Your latency was pretty consistent and you had no packet loss at the final hop the duration of your trace.

With that said your latency averaged around 115ms which is high for gaming. The main contributor to this latency is that this trace is 17 hops long which is a considerable distance for data to travel. You can learn more about how distance contributes to latency in the following article.

What's "Normal" for Latency and Packet Loss

It may help to check and make sure you are tracing to the closest League server using the following list of LoL IP addresses:
