Hi there Weston,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I'm happy to share some knowledge with you.

It's pretty hard to say for sure what's going on here using screenshots, but I can refer you to a couple of articles which can help:

You can also double-click on a hop row to open a Timeline Graph. If the destination is having packet loss/latency, line up the patterns with earlier hops. The earliest hop which matches the pattern with the final destination is probably the culprit.

You can also share your data with us, which will be much better to examine. You can either:

- Send over a SampleSet(pp2) file (File -> Export Sample Set -> All Data)
or,
- Create a Share Page (File -> Share -> Create Share Page) and copy/paste the URL link in your reply.

If you're troubleshooting a tricky network problem, I'd highly recommend getting our coolest new product, PingPlotter Sidekick! This 'nifty tool was designed for home users and remote workers and boasts a network troubleshooting suite available from a local web browser.

Complete with automatic target selection, guided walkthrough, and automated data collection and sharing functionality, this program gives our customers the information they need to fix their network connectivity; either by themselves, or by sharing evidence with their ISP.

If you'd like to know more about PingPlotter Sidekick, you can check it out at: https://pingplotter.com/sidekick

I hope this info helps! Let me know if this leaves you with any questions.
