Well, since you answered my last question so fast I am hoping you can help me with another so I can get my data together and yell at my ISP. Up untill today I have been able to select areas on the timeline and my hop information would set to that area of collected data. This way I could go back and look at the red areas and send those pictures to my ISP who says I am lying (I really am getting ready to drop my cable modem and get DSL!). Now when I click on any area of the timeline nothing at all happens.

Thanks again!

If you have your "Samples to include" set to 0, then you're telling it to show the entire time period in the upper graph. To get it to zoom in on any sub-piece, you need to set your Samples to include to something other than 0. Normally, I set it to a number the encompasses the "bad" period I'm trying to highlight to my ISP (this could be 10, 100, or 8000 - depending on how long the period is, and how fast your repeat rate is.
