Hello! I've got lag [weird fast forward/delay lag] issues in an online game called League of Legends. I contacted the support, and they told me to run PingPlotter @ the EUW RIOT servers. [2 servers, as you can see on the screenshots] I ran it 3 times in 3 days.
Then I sent the screenshots to RIOT, and they told me, that it's an ISP problem. I don't know. I have CS:GO & World of Tanks installed as well, but I never lag in those. Could some expert tell me, that what is going on according to the PingPlotter screenshots?

It definitely looks like you have some packet loss just from what I can see in the screenshots. However, it's a little tough to tell exactly where it's coming from without a *little* more data.
