It definitely looks like you have some packet loss just from what I can see in the screenshots. However, it's a little tough to tell exactly where it's coming from without a *little* more data.

However, if that seems to be a little too much, we do have a new Beta service called Reader, in which we monitor your network for you and send you a detailed report of our findings. You can find that service here:
