Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Just started using this but not sure why 4 and 5 hop doesn't even have an IP address...

Hey Captain,

The absence of an IP address (and 100% packet loss) for a specific hop means that no router has responded for that hop. This happens on occasion when a router is configured to not respond to TTL=0 ICMP echo requests. This is not entirely common, but does happen occasionally. Another possibility is that the router is configured to "down-prioritize" TTL=0 ICMP echo requests - in which case any load might be prioritized higher - and these packets are discarded. The really important point to know about these routers is that if they are not affecting the downstream hops, then their behavior should be considered "normal".

It looks like the issue here is starting at your first hop (your wireless router). You *may* want to try hard wire connecting this computer to your modem/router and run PingPlotter again to see if these numbers go down.
