Would like to run a "pingplotter" on a remote linux machine and open up the results in the pingplotter program.

So it is possible to
1. Find out how the datastructure of a .pp2 file looks like. Then it would be possible to create a compatible pingplotter program in linux and export to a .pp2 file.
2. Import a txt/csv file into pingplotter and get all the nice graphs. (Yes, I would in this way also have to code a program in linux which creates a compatible txt/csv file)

You might want to try PingPlotter Pro with a remote agent. The remote agent can run on Linux and you can then use PingPlotter to trace from that machine.
