Forgive me if this is already a capability and I missed it, but would it be possible to control which of the latency value columns get exported in PingPlotter Pro? In particular, I have an application where I am interested in the minimum latency rather than the average.

If this is already documented some place, can you point me to where it might be?

The built-in export doesn't have any options for this. The minimum latency is one that can be reported on using the Multi File Export tool. See here for some details on export methods (look to method 3 for the one you want, though):
