BT1 Registered: 07/11/10 Posts: 1	I'm not sure why this would have started happening as I was using the same OS (Win 7) and the same version of PP Pro for some time. Anyhow, I can start a ping to a host, go off and do something else and when I come back I find it's stopped and I have the option to Resume. Sometimes the ping will run for several minutes, other times for only ONE ping. I upgraded to latest 3.30.3p but the problem persists. If I have multiple pings going, they all stop at the same time. What can I do to troubleshoot this further? Thanks

Pete Ness Registered: 08/30/99 Posts: 1106 Loc: Boise, Idaho	The first thing to check is the "# of times to trace:" on the main screen. This should be set to "Unlimited". If it's not set to unlimited, but instead set to something like "100", then change it to "0" (Unlimited). If it is set to "Unlimited", please submit a support ticket view Help -> Email PingPlotter Support....
