Can someone tell me what's up with this trace? I've looked in the forum, and I can't find one that does this.. It gets to beaverton, OR and then it gets hung up in some kind of loop or something and never reaches the address..

Looks like a routing loop, alright. This can sometimes happen when you try to trace to a target that is unreachable. Other times, it's a temporary problem that goes away.

Routing loops can happen when a network changes (kind of like Deja-vu happens when "they" change the Matrix). If a router gets confused about how to get data to a target, then it might route data back to something that routes the data back to the router, endlessly.

Usually, these things clear up on their own. If not, you can try and contact your ISP for help - or possibly the provider on the other side.
