papacome1 Registered: 04/05/07 Posts: 1	I click one of the default addresses and it immediately shows a list from 1 to 13 and a graph line from top left corner to right bottom corner. 1 shows my IP and 13 shows another IP and quickly, under Err 1 and PL% 100 for every other spot. This occurs with my firewall on or off. If I enter a different address to ping it shows 1 and the second line quickly says "Destination address unreachable."

Pete Ness Registered: 08/30/99 Posts: 1106 Loc: Boise, Idaho	Have a look here: http://www.nessoft.com/kb/29 The device at hop 1 isn't returning ICMP TTL Expired packets (or possibly the one at hop 2). If you own the device at hop 1, look for a bios / firmware update. - Pete
