We don't *officially* support PingPlotter under Wine, but we have had some pretty good success with this, although we've not tested specifically under Mandrake 10.1.
Version 2.30.1 supports *only* ICMP using ICMP.DLL (which Wine normally emulates). If you're having problems with this, it might be worth downloading the latest version of PingPlotter (2.60) and give it a run with one of the other packet types (ie: ICMP raw sockets or UDP - both of which have been tested with success under one build of Linux or another).

support@pingplotter.com), letting us know how to track you down in our license database, and we'll see about installing Mandrake and helping you get things working.
