We save the performance data from our cable modem to the backbone (http://www.kmc.at/chello/Report.htm - see history fieles) every day 5760 items a day. When we print a 24h statistic we are missing the summarized packet loss% of the last 24 hours. Is it a bug or a feature ?

I had a look at your graphs and I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for.

If you're talking about data exports (in text or delimited formats), then you're right - it does not contain any summary info (it assumes that you're pulling it into a statistics package that can summarize for you).

If you're talking about 24 hour graphs, they are quite able to show the data for the entire sample set. Just set the "Samples to include" to 0. Also, if you're looking for a total count of lost packets, you can get this by right-clicking on the graph and turning on "Show lost packet (err) count".

I don't think I understand your question exactly, so feel free to re-direct me to answer your question better.

Thanks!
