I'm glad to hear that you were able to get a target started to 8.8.8.8, this is our go to for checking overall conditions on a network as well.
We'd really love to help dig into this with you, especially since you've already collected data! If you could submit this to support@pingman.com our team can get to work with interpreting the data. This would also be a great place for us to help ensure you're able to find/access different features on the specific version of MacOS/PingPlotter that you're currently running.
Our team did run into similar behavior with the "Share" button which our development team will address. It seems that this only happens occasionally and trying it again immediately should work (and open a web browser to the created share page once it does). If not screenshots don't let us click around ourselves but still contain a lot of useful information.
Once we have a chance to see your data we can help figure out what your next steps need to be to make progress on the network issues you've been experiencing.
Lastly your notes on the manual have been shared with our team so they can work on updating these as well. We are sorry that these are outdated but really appreciate you for taking the time to notice and point these out.
