We are currently aware of an issue where time graphs and other images will sometimes display as "broken links" when using the web interface. It is something we're currently looking into, and hope to have fixed in a future release.

You can typically resolve this by restarting your PingPlotter Windows service. If this does not help you get things back in working order, you should submit a support ticket from within PingPlotter by going to Help > Email PingPlotter Support.
