Hi,

We've noticed that when using the web view of PingPlotter the history graph at the bottom will fail to display regardless of the time selected in the "Graph Time" dropdown box.

The interesting part is it will sometimes display but only show for 10-15 seconds and then revert back to an 'icon' in the upper left hand corner of the area where the graph is displayed. We have a series of targets that vary in hops from 8 - 21 and all of them are exhibiting the same behaviour. Server that PP is running on seems to have adequate resources, any suggestions?

Hello,

We are currently aware of an issue where time graphs and other images will sometimes display as "broken links" when using the web interface. It is something we're currently looking into, and hope to have fixed in a future release.

You can typically resolve this by restarting your PingPlotter Windows service. If this does not help you get things back in working order, you should submit a support ticket from within PingPlotter by going to Help > Email PingPlotter Support.
