When you mention you've got your PingPlotter Pro instances configured to publish to the web - are you using the built in web interface in the program, or going a different route? If you are using the built in web interface, are you trying to access it from the same machine (or serving it, and trying to access it from a machine located elsewhere)?

We'd love to help get to the bottom of what's happening here - but may need a bit more info to do so. If possible, would you be able to submit a support ticket (via "Help" -> "Email PingPlotter Support") from the instance of PingPlotter that's experiencing this issue? If we could get this, along with any other helpful info you may be able to provide (screenshots, details on your setup, etc), we'll be happy to dig in and offer any guidance we can!
