We would definitely love to help you with your network issues. I'm a huge gamer myself - so I can feel your pain when you aren't able to play because of lag and loss of connection!

If you haven't already, go ahead and download PingPlotter and run a trace to CS Go's server for at least 24 to 48 hours. Then you can send us the results of the trace (by clicking "File" -> "Share" -> "Create Share Page" and then sending the link to the share page to us). We can then take a look at it to see if we can uncover where the issue may lay.
