Hello!

It's really the last hop that matters most. The packet loss at the intermediate hops isn't anything to be concerned about so long as it doesn't continue through to your final hop (we go over this topic in a bit more detail here - http://www.nessoft.com/kb/24).

It's a bit tough to diagnose exactly what may be happening here based off of your screenshot (with only 5 minutes of data to look at, and no knowledge of what performance issues you may have been experiencing that led you to start running PingPlotter in the first place). A 66ms round trip latency is pretty decent - however, the packet loss in the final hop may need to warrant a bit more investigation.
