The Windows clipboard is what is used with the Copy / Paste operations in Windows.

If you use PingPlotter's "Copy as Text" or "Copy as Image", then you can use the "Paste" command in other applications to copy this data into that application.

An example of this is Outlook Express or Microsoft Word. In Outlook Express, you can paste after you've used the "Copy as Text" command, which will copy the route and latencies into an email. In Word, Paint, or another graphics application, you can paste the image inot that application after you've used the "Copy as Image" command.
