Going back to a version of PingPlotter your maintenance covers
I tried a new version of PingPlotter but I'm not ready to renew. How do I downgrade to a version of PingPlotter covered by my maintenance?
You can step back to the most recent version your license still covers and keep using PingPlotter without interruption.
- Download the installer for your eligible versions by logging into your account or entering your license key on this page.
- Uninstall PingPlotter
- Windows: Open Settings › Add/Remove Programs › find PingPlotter and click Modify. When the uninstaller asks whether to remove your license and
your settings and data, leave those unchecked.
- Mac: Open Finder › Applications › Drag PingPlotter to the trash can.
- Run the installer.

Renewing later
If you change your mind, renewing is always available, and it's always
priced as an upgrade on what you already own rather than a fresh start. Renewing sooner costs less than later, but later still costs less than buying
new.
Here's how it works.
