Looking for answers, new to this??? - 02/21/16 03:35 PM

I am new to using the pingplotter tool but have since figured out the basics. Now my problem is i started having unsually high latentcy, fps issues with one of my favorite games (world of warships) now i ran the tool for a decent amount of time took a sample set, saved an image and all. I have since contacted the tech support to where they did request [img][/img] additional files to which i submitted and have not heard back from as of yet. But from what i could see while running pingplotter it looked to me like there was a "bad hop" on the fifth hop which was causing 100% packet loss could someone verify this for me or interpret what is actually showing on the image file. Just trying to garnish as much info that i can concerning the problem at hand since this is a new issue with this particular game. Thanks in advance!!!

Hi gman13,

After examining your screenshot, it does not *appear* as if anything is wrong.

The first thing noticed (which throws many people off) in this screenshot is the packet loss and high numbers in hop #5, however because the packet loss does not continue through to the final hop, this most likely is not an issue. Here is more on that:
