Evening gang!

I'm new to PingPlotter and I am trying to troubleshoot a latency issue impacting my organization.

I've attached a snapshot of 2 of my site experiencing high packet loss at the 1st and 2nd hops all which are internal gateways. 1st hop is the gateway at our site, 2nd is the network at our firewall. Users are experiencing slow website load times and timeouts.

Pings using Windows, locally on the site network, shows 2ms-3ms and its consistent with no timeouts. Traceroute does timeout at these 2 initial hops like PingPlotter displays.

Any suggestions on how I should continue to troubleshoot these packet losses?
