I haven't had a stable internet connection for a month now, and only at night. I think it has something to do with the node and their end, but I could be wrong. They say it's not them.

I don't know how to read this, but I was hoping to use this graph as proof that it's not us! Does the graph indicate the issue is with my network and router, or is it them?

Based on the data you sent over, it looks like this is an issue with your provider's network. The packet loss you're experiencing appears to have been first introduced at hop 2, 72.31.137.241.

I recommend you share this same data with your provider to see if they can help you out. Here's a guide you can use to help build your case: Solving Problems Outside Your Network.
