Have spectrum and have had intermittent packet loss. They have replaced the line to the main cable node in the neighborhood without any help. I am having a hard time reading which hop is causing the packet loss.
To the router: https://share.pingplotter.com/GQxdePQavC2
To Google: https://share.pingplotter.com/bJchpDaJ7sd
To Cloudflare: https://share.pingplotter.com/NdyAc6u3u8W

Can anyone help me decode this?
Thanks

Hey Austinite,

Thanks for reaching out!

Based on these share pages, it looks to me that there may be some issues coming from your router/local network which is where I would suggest starting your troubleshooting efforts. If you look at your trace directly to your router, it looks like there is a latency spike of 100+ms every half hour.

In first troubleshooting your local network I suggest checking out the following article:

https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network/local-network-problems.html

After troubleshooting this latency in your trace to the router, if issues still exist to external targets such as Google or Cloudflare DNS, I suggest then capturing data representing these issues and sharing them with your ISP. You can read more about this and building a case with your ISP in the following article:

https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network/build-a-case.html

With that said if you have any other questions about your results or if there is anything else I can help with please let me know!

Thanks,
-TJ
